are welcome to call and ask any questions. If clients
don't call us, we phone them regularly to keep them
up to date on their cases.

believe that our philosophy of putting people first

No
Up-Front Costs
There are no up-front costs to any of our clients
because we accept all cases on a contingency basis.
That means that we agree to pay all costs necessary
to pursue a case and are only paid for our services
if, and when, we are successful. We will not send
bills or ask for retainers. If there is no recovery,
there is no charge for attorney fees; you are only
responsible for expenses. This no-win, no-fee arrangement
makes it possible for anyone to have access to the
best legal representation possible.
