SRH Law assisting with major redevelopment of Burlington Town Center Mall

Posted on May 8, 2015 by SRH Law

mall-devThe new owner of the Burlington Town Center Mall unveiled plans for the potential future redevelopment of the downtown mall this week, as reported in the Burlington Free Press.  The plans are the result of an extensive public engagement process, and take into account a wide range of comments received from the public.

The proposed redevelopment project will convert the mall space into a mixed use development, including housing and expanded retail space.  Features being considered by the mall’s new owner, Don Sinex, include a residential tower, a rooftop park, pedestrian arcades and space for large national retailers such as Target.  SRH Law provides legal counsel to Sinex on the proposed redevelopment project.
