Posted on January 16, 2019 by SRH Law

SRH Law is thrilled to announce that we have been named one of the 2019 Best Places to Work in Vermont. This twelfth annual list was created by Vermont Business Magazine, the Vermont Chamber of Commerce, the Vermont Department of Economic Development, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Vermont State Council, and the Best Companies Group.

The Best Places to Work in Vermontis a survey and awards program with a dual purpose—to identify the best places to work in the state and to provide employee feedback to the companies who register for the survey. Companies considered for this survey and awards program have been in business for a minimum of one year, have at least 15 employees, and operate a facility in Vermont. Applicants can be a business or a government agency, for- or non-profit, and publicly or privately held.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Vermont, comprising of an evaluation ofworkplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics followed by an employee survey which provides valuable feedback to the company. Dunkiel Saunders is gratified to be recognized as a great workplace benefiting the Vermont community, economy, and our team. The final rankings for each category will be announced at a special awards presentation in early spring 2019.

“People want to get meaning from their work by making the world a little better, and that’s what we try to do,” noted John Kassel, DS Managing Partner. “It gives us joy and satisfaction. For us, that’s the foundation of a great place to work.”
