SRH Law Names Jonathan Rose Partner

Posted on February 6, 2020 by SRH Law

Burlington, VT – SRH Law today announced that Jonathan Rose has been named a Partner of the Firm.  Jon is an experienced counselor and litigator who helps clients facing a wide range of civil and regulatory compliance issues, including commercial contract and tort litigation, environmental disputes, and employment and civil rights claims.  Jon is also a seasoned appellate attorney, appearing before the Vermont Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Jon regularly helps clients avoid litigation by providing advice on the regulatory thicket in the realms of employment law, health care, consumer protection, and environmental and land-use permitting and compliance issues.  Before joining SRH Law in 2016, Jon served as an Assistant Attorney General at the Vermont Attorney General’s Office.  Jon started his career at another prominent Burlington law firm, representing national and local businesses in labor and employment disputes and advising management clients on all aspects of workplace law.

“We are extremely pleased to have Jon join the partnership, as it signifies our deep respect for his skills and creativity as a lawyer, and his commitment to the mission of the Firm,” said Andy Raubvogel, Managing Partner.
