Mission-driven Burlington law firm seeks Chief Administrative Officer

Posted on July 11, 2019 by SRH Law

We are looking for an experienced administrative leader to help us do what we do:  make a difference with our practice.  We are a 23-employee firm (14 lawyers) with a busy practice of complex legal work that helps our clients make the world a better place – and a 2019 Best Place to Work in Vermont!  Our new CAO will be our first executive leader who is not an attorney, and will lead a talented administrative team already in place.

Significant experience with financial management is a must, followed closely by proven ability to enable our IT and operational managers to do their best work as a team.  The CAO will also facilitate timely and effective decision-making by our partners at bi-weekly meetings.  Experience managing a board of directors, or similar body of senior owners/executives, is highly relevant.

Successful candidates will have a passion – as we do – for aligning their business toward social and environmental good.  Come help us make an even greater difference with our practice.

Additional information is available here.   Please submit a letter of interest and resume to applications@srhlaw.com, by July 31, 2019.  We expect to welcome our CAO to the firm in late fall, 2019.
