Malachi is a respected litigator and trusted advisor whose practice focuses on complex litigation, land use and municipal law, and energy and environmental issues.
Since joining SRH Law as an associate in 2019, Malachi has played a central role in the firm’s civil litigation, land-use, and environmental practice. Malachi also maintains an active practice before the Vermont Public Utility Commission, where he represents public utilities and renewable-energy developers in permitting, rate-making, and other regulatory proceedings. His work has supported the advancement of innovative energy-infrastructure programs and projects across the state.
Before joining SRH Law, Malachi served as a Deputy State’s Attorney in Washington County. He graduated summa cum laude from Vermont Law School in 2019, and lives in Waterbury, Vermont where he serves on the Conservation Commission.
