The Vermont Supreme Court affirmed the Environmental Division’s decision last week, after a year-long appeal process challenging the Act 250 permit issued to the City of Burlington for the Champlain Parkway. SRH Law represents Burlington, and handled the case before the District Commission, Environmental Division, and Vermont Supreme Court.
